Option 1.
Price £580 for 5 weeks intensive training package.
This is the premium package, aimed at achieving goals fast. Whether its weight loss and body conditioning for holidays and weddings, or you want to hit the sporting season running, or simply improving your quality of life.
•1 hour consultation and health check.
•45 minute sessions, 4 times per week (5 weeks).
• Nutritional management and planning
Option 2.
Price £480 for 5 week training plan
Highly popular package, fabulous results.
•1 hour consultation and health check and nutritional advice.
•45 minute sessions, 3 times per week (5 weeks).
Option 3.
Single training sessions
I find to optimum time for a training session is 45 minutes. However depending on your goals 1/2 hour or 1 hour sessions maybe more suitable
(All the above come with an initial half hour consultation/health check) If you are unsure which option would suit you best please contact me in full confidence. I can also arrange a meeting if you prefer.
Group Personal Training.
Train with your friends or meet new people. Tough but fun and very cost effective. either get a group of friends together or call me to register your interest and i can place you with a suitable group.
I recommend that you complete 2 or 3 sessions a week if possible.
